Executive Director
Kim Neal Davis
Kim joined the InsideOut staff in February 2020. Having discovered a passion for serving the local community, Kim has dedicated her career to not-for-profit marketing and fundraising. Kim attended Miami University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education. Most recently, she earned her Certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University. As a Hamilton native, Kim advocates for the resurgence and economic growth in our community. She has a passion for serving individuals with disabilities and understands the core values of Inspiration Studios.
Director of Operations
Colton Mehlman
Meet Colton! Colton is the Director of Operations at Inspiration Studios. He joined the staff in October 2022. He is a 2016 graduate from Miami University, Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Colton has a variety of experience in the field both professionally and as a volunteer. He has been a part of several great developmental disability movements including Best Buddies and the Erase the R Word campaign. Colton enjoys doing photography in his free time and loves to spend time with his family.
Development & Marketing Manager
Grace Deaton
Grace joined our team in June of 2023. She attended the University of Dayton where she earned her Bachelor of Science from the School of Business Administration in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing. She is very passionate about communicating with people and utilizing her skills in the marketing field to connect with others. Grace loves making art and enjoys being creative. In her spare time, she coaches tennis and spends time outdoors!
Assistant
Karen Neal
Karen is our Administrative Assistant at Inspiration Studios. She attended Miami University where she earned an associate's degree in business. Karen has twenty years of experience working for Talawanda School District. She also has nine years of experience in Special Education. Karen is passionate about serving individuals with disabilities, and currently works as a DSP.
InsideOut Studio
InsideOut Studio Program Manager
Lainey Schwaner
Lainey is our InsideOut Studio Program Manager. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) in 2022. Her art practice includes printmaking, ceramics, and performance art. Lainey’s art has been featured in several shows locally and nationally. She spends most of her free time doing pottery, enjoying nature, and playing with her cats.
InsideOut Studio Assistant Program Manager
Sara Protzman
Sara joined InsideOut Studio as the Assistant Program Manager in February 2025. She attended Miami University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Art Education. She has art practice in several mediums including printmaking, photography, digital art, scenic design, and many more. In her free time she enjoys playing games, watching movies and anime, and making various types of art!
Service Coordinator
Stephanie Sheets
Stephanie is our Service Coordinator. She joined the team in April of 2021. Originally from Tennessee and formerly a Production Trainer at Goodwill, she is a self-taught digital artist. She loves art in all of its forms and is an avid lover of both nature and animals.
Studio Support Staff
Terri Elms
Terri, Art Studio Support Staff, joined InsideOut Studio in 2016 after being with the Butler County Board for 18 years. Terri loves the free spirit of all the artists she works with and loves to see the pride they take in their accomplishments. She especially likes the daily karaoke challenges and the dance lessons she takes some of our artists to on Friday afternoons. One of her favorite hobbies is watching movies with her son and daughter.

Retail Associate
Malorie Jackson-Huddleston
Malorie, our Retail Associate, joined our staff in January of 2023. She comes to us with experience in the early childhood education field. She enjoys cooking, baking, and coming up with new recipes in her free time. She is passionate about most social issues and advocates for those who are underrepresented. She is staunch advocate for environmental issues and loves to travel and try new restaurants wherever she goes.
Direct Support Professional
Cameron Squire
Cam joined InsideOut Studio as a Direct Support Professional in January 2025. They graduated with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) in 2022. Their art practice focuses greatly on digital art, creating digital paintings, designs, animations, and more! Cam is a self-proclaimed nerd, and spends most of their free time watching movies, playing games, or designing the next encounter for a table top roleplay game like D&D
Inclusive Wellness
Inclusive Wellness Program Manager
Kimberly Steigerwald
Kim joined the team as the Inclusive Wellness Program Manager in February 2025. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University, Oxford. Kim has over 35 years of experience in athletics, physical education, athletic coaching, and management. Kim is passionate about serving and advocating for individuals with disabilities and children. She enjoys spending time with her husband, four adult children and two border doodles. Her hobbies include tent camping, kayaking, Reiki, gardening, and bowling.
